Henrik Mansfeldt Witt is admitted to the Danish Bar by the Danish Ministry of Justice and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society.

The firm is subject to the supervisory and disciplinary system of the Danish Bar and Law Society and to the rules on good practice for lawyers under section 126 of the Danish Administration of Justice Act.

The firm holds professional liability insurance and a guarantee in accordance with the rules of the Danish Bar and Law Society. The insurance covers all legal practice, regardless of where it is carried out.

In the event of a dispute regarding fees or dissatisfaction with the conduct of the lawyer, the client may complain to the Danish Disciplinary Board of the Bar (Advokatnævnet), Kronprinsessegade 28, 1306 Copenhagen K, Denmark.
