I have worked with IT law since the late 1990s and followed the development from the breakthrough of email, through cloud, to today's AI, cyber security and data transparency. I use that experience to recognise patterns and to see quickly where the real risk lies.

I advise Danish and international companies on IT contracts, data protection, technology and business development. My approach always starts with understanding the product, the audience and the value chain — only then do I think in legal frameworks.

Only when you understand the need and the context can you deliver advice that reduces friction in the transaction and creates value. That is the core of my work.
