The contact form collects your name, email address and the content of your message. We also store the time of submission and a pseudonymised (hashed) signature of your IP address, used solely to prevent spam and abuse.

The website does not use cookies for analytics, profiling or marketing.

The data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and potentially to establish a client relationship.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Please do not submit sensitive personal data or national ID numbers through the form.

This website sets no cookies for analytics, profiling, advertising or visitor recognition, and uses no tracking tools.

That is why there is no cookie banner: under the ePrivacy rules, consent is required only where information beyond the strictly necessary is stored on or read from your device. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which sets no cookies but receives your IP address in order to deliver the files.

If we ever introduce analytics, we will choose a cookie-free, privacy-friendly solution — or ask for your consent first.

Data is stored with our IT and hosting suppliers, acting as processors on our instructions. It is not disclosed to other third parties and is never used for marketing.

Enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are deleted no later than 12 months after the last correspondence. If you become a client, data is retained under the rules applying to law firms, including the five-year retention obligation under anti-money-laundering law.

You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, the right to restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

All communication with the website is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to submitted enquiries is restricted to the firm and protected by authentication and row-level access control in the database.
